If you're looking for new appliances this is definitely the place to go!! I would give their customer service 6 stars if I could!! Mike was nothing but amazing to work with. We ordered all new kitchen appliances and I feel that we received a good deal. Mike kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire process as we waited for out of stock items. He answered every little question we had in a timely manner and was a pleasure to work with! I HIGHLY recommend Dracut Appliances. And Mike deserves a raise. ud83dude09
We are doing our kitchen over and went to Dracut Appliance. We are so glad we did. Our salesman Craig was helpful. He had some much knowledge of all the appliances in the store. It just goes to show you why it is always better to go to the smaller stores than a Best buy or Barons. Dracut Appliance is our store to go to and Craig is the man who can answer all your questions. We recently used Dracut Appliance for a kitchen remodel and washer & dryer. (9 new appliances). Michael was very patient in answering all of my questions, before and after purchase. Their prices were great and we love all of our new appliances.
I recently purchased a number of kitchen appliances from Dracut Appliances. They were fantastic, from helping with the appliance choices, telling me about any rebates, as well as reasonable prices, matching the local big box store. And kudos to their professional delivery crew; pleasure to deal with and not a mark left on the appliances or my home.
My wife and I have been buying appliances from Dracut Appliance since we bought a new ringer washer from the business founder Eddie Moran. We have never bought an appliance anywhere else and we've been married for 57 years. Every single sales person we ever dealt with were respectful and knowledgeable. There has never been a hassle over pricing because we do our homework and know what others are charging. Dracut Appliance has the best deals!! On this visit, we purchased a kitchen package including stove, hood, fridge, and dish washer. Our sales person was Jerry Epstein and he was awesome.
