Pharmacist is the worst!! She acts like she has the power to make you wait for medication that was prescribed by your doctors. Pathetic.nI see reviews haven’t changed in months even more than a year. If this is the same pharmacist then Walgreens needs to make a change. If it’s a different pharmacist then they need to hire someone with some customer service abilities.

Staff from the pharmacist to store workers are NOT willing to help anyone, not even the elderly or disabled. Moving my prescriptions.

They told me I had to come back 30 to 45 minutes because they were administering vaccines to healthy people and turning people away that are super sick and actually need their medicine to start feeling better. I came back to pick up the meds and they only had two of the perceptions and the other two had to be ordered and picked up on a later date. People who are sick dont even have the strength to get out of bed much less the strength to have to drive over to the pharmacy multiple times for y meds. They could have at least called to let me know that they had to order the meds so I didnt gave to waste a trip going up there in the first place. Never returning to this pharmacy CVS has a great text message and call system to update their customers on medication refills and if things are out of stock. I'll be using CVS only from now on.

This is the worst pharmacy ever! I’ve had medicine on back order and had to follow up for 2 weeks to get it because they couldn’t find it. They’d find it, I’d go to it then it didn’t come in and instead of looking for it they forgot and I had to call and ask to please find it. Did this 3 times but yesterday was my breaking point. Seeing an elderly customer treated so rudely. The young girl working behind the counter had no compassion or patience with him. I wished the man a better day and told the girl how she should be ashamed of herself at how she treated him and she rolled her eyes at me. I called and spoke to the store manager who seemed not to care so I said I’d transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. She said ok. This store does not care and I don’t have confidence they know what to do.

The consultation station at this Walgreens pharmacy is terrible. Waited for over 20 minutes and the guy is playing on his phone when he was told multiple times that he had a waiting customer. He made no attempt at acknowledging us or anything. We just had to walk out. So rude...
