When to the doctor at 8:30 this morning and she called in a couple of scripts. At noon I called to see if they were ready was told it would be closer to 1:00. So at 1:30 I go up there and it still wasn't ready. So at 6:30 call and only one is ready they have to order the other one but cant tell me when it will be here. I just cant seem to understand why at noon you cant tell a customer that meds have to be ordered.

I have been using Kroger pharmacy for 4 years and they are the absolute best. Very friendly staff, always willing to go out of their way. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Today I had a very nice young lady helping me and the pharmacist asked me if I had any questions it was very professional.
