Okay, I've really tried to be patient with this company. I ordered a service, but a service is not what I received. This company uses another company to get flower shop orders (Flower Shop Network) to handle their credit card processing. I ordered some flowers on February 14th and wanted them to be delivered on February 15th. It's now February 18th and the flowers still aren't delivered. I haven't received my money back and this company keeps giving me the run around. They say it's the Flower Shop Network's fault. At first they wanted me to call the FSN to see what the problem was but I don't know why I should have to do that if you're a company that has some type of partnership with them. I wont ever use this company again due to lack of communication and it's not guaranteed your flowers will get to their destination within 24 hours like their website states. At this point I'm still trying to get my money back because someone got paid and I didn't get anything.
