This church runs the local food pantry. They have a bible study at 9:30 am and Church service at 10:30 am. Thebible study group is a very nice mature group of folks. Some have been in the Alvin area many years and some have found Alvin their new home. The pastor is a nice woman who enjoys her role of leadership in the church and welcomes newcombers. Good experience overall.
