HEB CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT RXnnYesterday (09/16/20, @ 2:48pm) I returned two defective items and ASHLEIGH T was the most disrespectful customer service person I've ever encountered at S WW White Road and for a moment I thought I was at Wal-Mart. I asked to speak with the manager SHE turned her back towards me so I left to find a manager on my own. HE had no identifying nametag and didn't seem interested in assisting with my complaint. Instead of shopping for my long list of groceries I left the store immediately. I WILL NOT do business with THAT LOCATION again.
