This is such a good business with the most helpful and caring people! Nikki, I think is the manager, and she is Extremely helpful. They keep you updated, and if there are options for repair, you are informed before the work is started. I was quoted $1,400.00 to have work on rack and pinion. When I arrived, Nikki said that the mechanic discovered a rusty bolt. They replaced the bolt and honored the warranty for replacing struts. My cost today- $0!
Now this is a establishment that has the care for the customer 1st. I went to a different place and asked that everything wrong with the vehicle be list.nDidn't get that. Running Right looked the whole vehicle over and keep me informed on each thing they found. Excellent job. My New Go to place.
I just want to say they are truly a blessing! I am very satisfied with the service they provided. The inspection report they provided is awesome, it shows you videos and pictures of the issues with the car. I do not live in the area and was looking for honest person to look at my car. Nikki who I spoke with from day one to the end was excellent! Thank you so much you all did get me running right!
I had an appt today, I tried calling because no one called to confirm with me and I haven't gotten an answer. I wouldn't have been upset had Nikki not told me if the hours were different today 2/15 due to the weather or holiday that she would let me know. I took the time to get a tow and arrange a ride home for no reason at all. My first experience was better. Now I'm in the fence.
I have been using Running Right Auto Care for over 2 year and they have always been fair and truthful about repairs to my car. Plus they stand behind their work. The best!
