Had a side window replaced in our RV. The owner and his clerk are two of the nicest people. They made us feel welcome and completely comfortable. They both went the extra mile for us in finding and ordering the window and installing it. I've been RVing for 32 years and this is one of the most friendly RV dealers that I have encountered. We will return for any of our RV needs.

Great experience with Lone Star RV doing some repairs to our travel trailer. Their parking lot is always full so they are definitely busy, but they were very friendly and efficient. I recommend them.

I had a last minute emergency before going on a camping trip and needed a new battery for my truck camper. I called David multiple times and he helped me with a backup plan. Sandy went above and beyond in helping me find exactly what I needed when the salesperson at the auto parts store was extremely unhelpful. I highly recommend Lone Star RV.

I own a 2019 Fleetwood Discovery LXE class “A” motorhome. While we were in the month long purchase process of taking care of several items that needed fixing and a few trips back to the dealership in Florida they crushed a section of the 40’ slide out lower trim piece. We didn’t notice until we were back home here in Killeen so we’re on our own. After dealing with other dealerships and a monstrous estimate we took it to Lone Star RV. Their estimate was half of the others so we started the process. They got all the info of the RV and ordered the trim piece. I was able to take the RV and store it back under roof until the part came in. Since my RV is at the 2018-2019 model change the wrong trim was sent so they got back on it and ordered it again. When the next trim came in they sent it in four sections. Mine was one long piece. David and I talked about splicing ta piece in and he assured me that it would look great. Let me tell you, it looks amazing. I can’t see where they spliced it anywhere and the colors match perfectly. Although this was a long process by no fault of Lone Star, I couldn’t be happier with the people, the communication and the final repair. If you need bodywork on your unit , I would highly recommend Lone Star RV for your repairs.
