The wait was less then wait they said and they were quick.
Having already changed the windshield wipers, the female inspector tells me that the car needs new wipers. All just to make extra money, even with the recipe in hand and telling her that we see nothing wrong she decides to fail inspection and still charge us, after we had told her we would go somewhere else. Horrible service, dont recomend, their thieves.
Great customer service with very engauging employees; the communication in this shop is remarkable.
My wife always comes here, so I decided to give them a shot.nnWent in for oil change and wanting lights replaced that were out because I recently noticed two lights on my truck out. One in front and one in rear...nnI get the spill about engine filter, fine... i get the spill about my windshield wipers, fine... then I get then spill about my top offs on my fluids, fine...nnHowever no change of my headlights.
The staff was professional and friendly, delivering service with a smile. The reason for a 4 is that they were not practicing COVID-19 safety protocols.
