This park is awesome! We recently purchased a travel trailer and this was our first experience as RV owners. Richard saw we were having difficulty backing in, he was happy to help without us having to ask. Throughout our stay he was knowledgeable and prepared to help in any way. Tammy is very nice and will work with whatever weird plan changes come your way. We had to change our plans and leave date MULTIPLE times throughout our stay and she made in flawless! She has great communication and offers amazing customer service. This park will be hard to beat!

Rented an RV ...Immediately after we entered it we were overtaken with awe!...it was so much more than we expected. It was clean, spacious, and very modern. It didn’t feel like we were in an RV at all! , it felt like we were in a cozy home. They even had living supplies that vacationers such as ourselves could forget..Such as aluminum foil, olive oil for cooking, silverware, and even towels for your shower. The community was very friendly as well! We felt VERY welcomed and not like outsiders like some RV parks. It was a very clean, organized, and safe place. Children were riding bikes and older couples were having evening strolls while taking their dogs to the community dog park. I definitely RECOMMEND this place for anybody wanting a fun ,safe, and scenic stay at an RV park while on vacation or a permanent residence!!

Awesome spot with nice scenery. All the amenities are immaculately kept. The dog park is great. Tammy has all the info you could need answers to any question asked. Neighbors are friendly. Recommend 100%

I honestly don't know where or how to begin to express the level of celebration Basin RV provided to me and my family when we arrived and during our stay. I have never been to a park where I have been celebrated and not tolerated. Not only is management (Tammy) amazing and selfless the service staff (Richard) who I have had the pleasure of meeting and under a stressfull situation helped me provide A/C because I was not knowledgeable enough to accomplish this task on my own at 9pm with no help in site. Not only is the staff friendly and inviting every family or person I have had the pleasure of conversing with were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If you need to decide where is the best place to reside or vacate this is truly the place for anyone looking for peace, love, and a great place to reside whether it be short term or long term you will no be disappointed.

Best RV Park we've ever stayed at! We are staying here longer term and feel so grateful for this place! Very friendly community and amazing staff. Tammy and Richard both go above and beyond to solve problems and are proactive in keeping everything in good order - yall are awesome! Very dog friendly, reliable hot showers, and clean laundry facility!
