We loved the Clarion this weekend! Breakfast was great, water pressure in the shower was fantastic, we were close to the Art District but far enough away to be able to be peaceful at the hotel, the staff was very helpful, beds were comfortable, the gathering areas on the first floor would be great for a larger group to meet up if needed, and we had a great view of downtown Nashville! We would absolutely stay here again!
Staff was awesome. Check in was easy. Rooms were both very clean. Drinks at the bar were great. I would have to give the husband and wife kitchen team 5 stars they were great. Very hospitable, caring, met every need for us and our granddaughters. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
The staff was super nice. This place is super nice on the outside but the rooms are a different story. We had 2 rooms and both rooms the sinks held water and didn't drain. We called 5 times about the sinks and they just kept saying maintenance was not there and the gentleman who came up was super nice but it never got fixed or was a priority. Also, there was black hair that kept backing up in the sinks. The walls are incredibly thin. We could hear everyone talking around us and all their tvs and heard conversations word for word and sex from the room below us coming from the air conditioning vent. Also the walls had holes behind the curtain, the furniture was scuffed and had paint missing. For the price we shouldn't of had these problems. What got all of us was we could hear people's conversations word for word in the rooms around us. We wouldn't stay here again.
Let me skip to the KITCHEN STAFF!! Paul And Tan YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING! They made me and my family feel like we were exactly at home! Not only from GREAT customer service but they also remembered the likes/dislike of my 3 kids and had their breakfast ready for them the very next morning❤❤ They are what every hotel needs!! I must say I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL! Hotel staff was very sweet, clean rooms, nice inside pool! GREAT BAR! EVERYTHING DESERVE 5+!!
Made reservations and so check in was super easy. We arrived to find out they had plenty of parking with a shuttle downtown. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was great, very friendly and professional. We did the downtown scene so we didn’t get to spend a ton of time at the hotel. The bar they have on location was our last stop of the night, pricey but what isn’t in Nashville.
