Purchased a house last year and found out that the septic tank and NEVER been cleaned out. Called Michael Shaver Plumbing to come out and take a look and see what I needed to have done. Needed a riser installed on the septic tank so they don't have to dig it up each time. Then have it cleaned out. Oh and they had to find the septic tank. I had them come out a year ago and they gave me an estimate. I had them come out today, a year from the time they gave me the estimate. And they honored the estimate. Ben was the one who did the work with the excavator and he had a younger guy that he was training. I didn't catch his name. Either of these guys are welcome back anytime!. I have to say they were quick, professional and safe. Glad I called this company. Thanks again. I'll see you when you come back out because there won't be another plumbing company doing work for me.nnThis company is great!

We have a well. Our water went out and we couldn’t find the issue. We called them at 3:00pm and they had a technician out by 4:00pm. The technician Ben was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They came back the next day on time to install the new well pump. Ben and his technician Michael were prompt, helpful, professional & fixed us right up. We will definitely use this company again. Also their dispatch was top notch.
