They set you up for failure. You leave the office with an appointment, show up for appointment for them to tell you that you missed your appointment because it was a different day or time. That’s when you notice the recordings of your appointment reminder are different than what you had when you left the office. You talk to them about it and are told another patient has similar issues. Next thing you know, you go in for an appointment and are told you have been released. A whole month since the last appointment and they couldn’t give you a heads up so you could go somewhere else before your prescription runs out. Claim they were out due to COVID but called your mothers house with a reminder. Yes, I said mother’s house because they stopped calling my phone when they asked for a secondary number. I repeatedly asked them to stop calling her house and to call me but didn’t change that either. The doctor doesn’t care about his patients, he doesn’t listen to you or really explain things. He’s intimidating and makes you feel dumb and basically acts like you should just deal with your pain. Crystal, the NP does listen to you and explains things. She’ll look for answers to what’s causing your pain and try to help you. Also, when you go in for a procedure, their all to busy talking to each other about whatever than talking to you and making you feel comfortable. Nothing about what to expect, if you feel this then something is wrong. Nothing is explained.

SPC is professionally staffed and highly patient oriented. From front office personnel to the NPs, Doctors and Nurses, all are highly trained and concerned with patient welfare. My old injuries (some of them serious) are creatively managed by people I have come to know and trust. (These are Not pill pushers.) Good medical care in a friendly environment is hard to find. They take the time to listen and work to formulate customized solutions to help keep you moving. Crystal Hudson is the best! I wouldn't change a thing.

Crystal Hudson is awesome. She listens and provides the help you are asking for. Dr Caughey is amazing as well. They have helped me way better than the other place I went for pain management.

NP Hudson is a good person and always tried to help me....although Coughed is the worst DR I have ever met....ha was rude and inconsiderate of my pain...He continued to take away my medication until ibwas back in the pain that caused me to seek help in the first place...I went to this clinic for 6 years and never had a problem until Dr Carter left....it went downhill from there...Then last month...they accused me of taking some other medication I have never even heard of and discharged me...this wasn't the first time I had problems with the labbresults of the urine samples as ibwas told by one of the nurses last year that the results were messed up and I shouldn't pay the bill for them...good luck to any of their patients as you will need it.....
