This is a follow-up to the review I posted when I began sessions a few months ago at Benchmark PT Hermitage for a specific condition. Unfortunately, my other disorders adversely affected my ability to do some of the exercises. I was very blessed that I was assigned to Zach Clemens. Rather than getting frustrated by my limitations, he developed an exercise regimen that addressed my primary condition as well as augmented improvement with the other disorders. I am grateful for Zach's perseverance, patience, knowledge and his can-do attitude--and a great sense of humor! Plus, I was able to access and download the exercises via the portal so I could virtually do my exercises anywhere. All the techs are friendly, courteous and efficient. I heartily recommend Benchmark PT Hermitage!

As I headed to Benchmark for my first appointment, I was not overjoyed at the prospect of having to endure another round of PT for chronic disorders. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the customer care I received from LeiAnna in scheduling my appointment and completing the necessary paperwork. Her manner is welcoming, courteous and professional. I was assigned to Zach Clemens for my PT sessions, which he began by asking me personalized questions. It was clear that he listened as he led me through each step of the session and explained the therapeutic effects of each exercise. Zach is very professional and knowledgeable, coupled with compassion and a delightful sense of humor. I am confident that each session will bring me to a higher level of wellness. Benchmark PT has a congenial atmosphere and their setup is designed to accommodate each person without feeling crowded. Physical therapists often see us at our worst, but this Benchmark team is caring and exceptional. I heartily recommend them to anyone who needs PT!

I can't say enough about Kara my PT. She is the BEST! Everyone there (Nick, Leanna, etc...) are like family! BEST PT location in Nashville, by far!

My surgeon recommended this facility after my 5 th joint replacement and I’m so thankful he did. Staff here really care and are focused on your success. Far superior to any previous P/T experience. My thanks to Nick and the team!
