Curbside pickup is great in Goodlettsville. They have a phone number to call on the signs, ask your library card # and name, which spot you parked in, and if you want the books in the trunk or back seat. You show your library card when they come out and they put your books in the car. Never a wait of longer than a minute or two. Website is great too.
Need some space? Some peace and quiet? A place to get some work done? Then this is the spot! I love to reserve a study room when I am helping my kids with their homeschooling.nIt is a relaxing environment and very clean (including the restrooms). The staff is super helpful and funny (especially Melissa!). I recommend getting the app so you can reserve books from your phone and pick them up here when you are ready. There is also a cafe area where you can sip your coffee and read a book or magazine. I really can't say enough good things about this place.

The open spaces between stacks of books allow free roaming, and plenty of light means that reviewing books is easy.nnThere are plenty of choices of types of books, the employees are friendly, and there are computers for individual searching. There are private study areas, accessible library computers and lounging chairs. There are even snack machines!nnA great place to read, chat with friends, play games or get tutoring in various subjects.nnThe easy access and location, added to all the amenities, make this a great community resource (although it is closed on Sunday).
