Great place to workout! I love that i dont feel judged here. I am surrounded with great motivational people with similar goals and awesome instructors who really care about your progress and provide you with the support and tools you need!

Iron Lotus gym is the best place i have experienced in my life! I have always wanted to join a gym to be held accountable for my workouts, but never would because of all the judging and disrespect i would recieve walking into the gym to just try it out. Well i found Iron lotus on facebook and kept thinking about checking it out and i am so glad i did. It is very friendly and family oriented then anywhere i have seen. Sandy and her crew make you feel like you are the best no matter what class you take, i joined in January 2020 and i do not regret one minute of my decision! I have gotten my friend and daughter to join with ne and they also love the enviroment. Everyone that is there working or working out is very supportive and makes it even easier to continue coming back. In return helps with strength, mind and health! You will not regret your decision to join this family of iron lotus strong memebers! Come be a part of our family inside and outside of the gym!
