I have been a member of Crossfit Hendersonville for 3 years now! We love the community, the coaches, the exercise, and the fun. The workouts are accessible to all & I absolutely love working out alongside people from all decades & walks of life. 5/5 stars, I highly recommend this gym. Whether you’re brand new to exercise or an elite, you’re welcomed with open arms. And a good workout!
I've been able to drop into this gym a number of times and can't say enough about the quality of this place. Great facility. Clean, great coaches, awesome atmosphere!
I just moved to Gallatin a few months ago and was really disappointed in the local gyms around the area...until now! So glad I gave this place a try. It's such a great program, and everyone is so friendly. The programming is great for all levels of athletes, and the coaches are all really good at actually teaching and not just keeping you on a time schedule for the day.

I stopped by CF Hendersonville today. I have been out and about visiting the various CF Gyms/Boxes around the Lebanon area.nnCF Hendersonville has a nice setup and both the staff and members were very friendly. They clearly have a good community going there seeing the members interact. The workout was a muscle endurance intensive workout that certainly taxed us all without delving into the realm of the absurd.nnOverall I enjoyed my time there and look forward to visiting it again next time I am in town!
