I can’t say enough good about this place and the trainers/owners. I’ve tried mini gyms and workout classes over my life. I am now a mom of one at 35 years old. I had not worked out in a very long time and started back in the summer here and feel so much stronger and fitter with just going three times a week. The recovery machines they have help my body heal faster and feel better unlike other places where my body was completely torn down and unable to recover to work out the next day. It’s extremely professional clean and exciting To go into my work out every day that I go! They cater to your needs because as we know not all of us are built the same and have some adjustments we need while working out. My love for light therapy, is what drew me in to this gym. The gym not only offers many different options for athletic recovery, it also offers ARX training(magnetic Resistance), C.A.R.O.L training and floor training with dieting and meal plans. I'm four months in to my training and therapy and I feel energized, stronger and healthier.nnThe gym is clean and rarely overcrowded. The staff, Garrett and Andy, are working hard to maintain the place clean and comply with the safety guidelines.

This gym, these trainers, this equipment, this technology....I truly don’t even know where to begin! I love it all! ❤ufe0f This place is seriously like no other and was exactly what I needed in my life to get back to being fit, strong, & healthy. I love the personalized training that I get on every single visit. Andy and Garrett’s passion for what they do is very apparent, and knowing that they are there waiting for me at my personal scheduled time keeps me accountable. They truly want results for you, and if you just show up, they will make sure you get them. Side note: I am getting amazing results working out just 3 days a week instead of 5! The ARX machines here will give you a workout like you have NEVER experienced before! They are seriously insane! You have to try them!! The computerized graphs show you that you are getting stronger and push you to go harder every time. It’s pretty freaking cool! ud83dude0e Your big box gyms just don’t have what KalQlate has. You can also get cardio done in 10 minutes...what?!? Yep, on the Carol bike. Carol is my buddy, lol. This place is awesome... today was my second week working out, going only 1-2 times weekly and can see a big difference in my physique. I’m real excited to see my full transformation. They have advanced workout equipment you can’t find any other place. I promise if you go and try just one short workout session you will be hooked.

I feel stronger and healthier than I ever have thanks to Garrett and Andy. The ARX machines give you a killer full body workout in a fraction of the time. I love having a place right here in Sumner County with the latest technology in exercise. Cannot recommend Kalqlate enough.
