It's nice to be able to arrive at 4am get my cardio and workout in before I go into work. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of the customers. This is by far the cleanest and well kept planet fitness I have been too.
Friendly employees, gym is very clean. In fact every time I workout the employees are cleaning equipment or vacuuming. The locker rooms and restrooms are always clean. I feel the gym is doing all they can to keep people well during this time. They have some equipment turned off so people will social distance. The gym has all of the equipment I need. I feel like I get a great workout here!
The customer service is atrocious. I asked if the manager could be called and the manager relayed through the employee his work hours and said “tell him to come when I’m there”. This location sent an email noting that due to the pandemic they were closing. Without telling me they reopened and began charging me. I called to get a refund but was told to come in person. I did so and shared that I have not visited since March of 2020 but they are not only unwilling to provide a refund but are requiring me pay for the current month before they will allow me to cancel my membership.nPlease visit the competition as this PF will disappoint.
Chelsea is awesome, very attentive, friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. I love this Planetfitness location of all branches.
Loved the workout equipment clean and new mansroom and shower room needs more space there is only one toilet and changing room needs more separation or space Thanks
