This place is a scam. I went there 2/26/21 to purchase a rabbit. I had all the supplies in my hand. The store clerk came back informing me “She forgot the card reader was down. The rabbits would be there the following day as she’ll leave a note.” I called back the next day to make sure they were there before driving and both were gone. She had a giggly attitude informing me. This place has very low ethics! I wouldn’t go there again because it shows they don’t care about the consumer. It’s only for the quick buck.
First thing, the young lady, Samantha helped us and she was absolutely great! Very kind, informative and friendly. Store was very clean, neat and tidy. What really stood out to me was how clean the fish tanks were. Also, had a wide variety of cool fish. Overall, it was a really fantastic experience. We left with a cool and friendly Red Blood Parrot! Very pleased, will definitely be back and highly recommend!!!!! Thanks Pet Supermarket!!!
Surprisingly clean and well run for a chain let store. Hadn't been to this particular location until recently but was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, selection, and level of help and kindness by the employees, even though it was almost closing time. Will be going back again.
I found everything I was looking for. Ur shelves were thin in purina cat food. They have a senior discount of 10% on the last Tuesday if the month.
Staff is always polite and very helpful. The store is kept clean and everything is easily accessible.
