The service there is always friendly. Particularly, I love the grooming. My large dog (80lbs) is terrified of all things grooming and has been since he was a puppy. The nail trim was the worst to wrestle him through. It was dreaded every month for both of us... until we started taking him to Tiffany. I swear, she is a miracle worker. The last time we took him in, he willingly hopped up onto her table, ready to be groomed! He is actually excited to go see Ms. Tiffany! You can tell she really has a heart for the animals she works with, as she has been so patient and worked with him so much. We don't have to stress our grooming appointments anymore!

So,Myself and my girlfriend bought fish from there. They were fine until we went on vacation. Before going on vacation, We bought a feeder block there. I specifically asked the employee if this particular feeder block was safe for fish. He told me that it was ,and that we should put 2 to 3 chunks of the feeder block in the water. Welp, it killed my fish. Then I went to look online about the feeder block,and they are known to kill the fish from too much ammonia-nitrate. They employee failed to inform me of the dangers of a feeder block despite me asking if there was anything I should be concerned about. Worst pet shop ever! I’m so disappointed. Not to mention ,when I bought my fish, the employee tossed my bags around. If you are going to run a pet shop please educate your employees,so that they can educate us. HORRIBLE ! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Staff very helpful here! This store takes extra good care of the live animals here! Bearded dragons are separated and everyone has water, food, toys, and enrichment items!! Very impressive!! I've been either petsupplies this one hands down the best!

I love this place. I bathe my dog here and everything is provided. Towels. Shampoo. Warm water and blow dryer. They have everything I need for my pets.

This place is AWESOME!!! Our dog has seizures and gets fairly dirty afterwards. To be able to pay 10 bucks to use their sinks, water, hair dryers, soap/shampoo AND they give you towels?!?!?!. Pretty awesome and an amazing service. Great place
