We were very happy with the service provided by Jimmy at My Professional Plumber. He was knowledgeable, capable, and very thorough in not only his diagnosis, but also in how he completed each task. I was also appreciative of his honesty when he explained what he could not repair at the time because of a lack of the correct parts or equipment. Jimmy cleaned up well after each project he accomplished and was very a very pleasant person to have in our home to conduct repairs. I must admit I was surprised with the cost of some of the projects accomplished, but I will concede that I have not had plumbing work done in quite a while and costs of course are always going up. Even with the cost of the job, I would rate Jimmy at My Professional Plumber very highly and recommend you give him and his company an opportunity to give you an estimate for your project or repair.

Very professional and explained everything that needed to be done and cost upfront. Could not be more pleased with the installation. It was neatly done and no mess and all work really looks great. Pleasure doing business with Bryan Lee, I would highly recommend him to anyone and will he will be the one I call if another plumbing need arises.

We had our main drain backing up into the basement. Robert and Adam came out and did a great job. Since it was their first visit to our house they did an overall plumbing assessment as part of the service. Robert and Adam got the clog removed and used a camera to identify problem spots in the line and discussed options for a long term repair. They were both very pleasant and professional throughout the job. I appreciated that they gave us a 2 hour window when to expect them and kept us informed with texts and phone calls. I would definitely use MyProfessionalPlumber Knoxville again.

Jimmy and his co-worker did a great job! I called My Pofessional Plumber that morning to report a water leak in my water heater. They came out that same day and replaced the water heater. Excellent service! This is the second time in the five years we have lived here that I I need a plumber. I called them, and someone come out within 24 hours. I highly recommend this company and their great employees.

Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Robert Mason was our technician and we're very happy with the results. I only gave them four stars due to pricing. They do charge a trip fee whether you accept their proposal or not and this trip fee is in addition to the work quoted and not removed or discounted if you choose to have them complete the job.
