I have been a member of Hotworx Hardin Valley for about 6 weeks now. Joining HOTWORX was one the best decisions I have ever made for self improvement. The staff is amazing, the establishment is always squeaky clean and the workouts are so much fun! I cannot recommend this place enough. It is truly a place that boosts your mind, body and spirit! I signed up for Hotworx in October of last year and unfortunately never got to utilize my membership. I called today to cancel and explain why I was cancelling. The area manager, Kim, took my call, listened to my comments and concerns and immediately took action, as a genuine leader would! She was more than personable, professional and friendly. I could tell that she was sincere about resolving my concern. It is people like Kim, in management that all businesses need. Her kindness means more to me than anything. Because of her, when the time is right, I will absolutely give my business back to Hotworx. Thanks again for all you do!nn-Mercedes

Calorie torching and fun workouts are hard to come by both you get both here! They provide many disinfectants and you often get a sauna to yourself if you don't go during peak times (which I recommend) so pretty covid friendly as gyms go. Super kind staff too! 10/10

It was my first time going today and I loved it! The lady (I don’t remember her name oops) was soooo welcoming! I definitely recommend!

I love this place. Losong weight and feeling great. Love the privacy of the saunas to hel me get over the anxiety of starting new @ a gym!
