I was disappointed with how they treated my wife in her effort to gain membership here. She wasn’t treated kindly and the ground were not kept when we were there. She signed up for Golds Gym and has been happy with her treatment and overall facility upkeep. We enjoy working with local business so it was a bummer for us to pass on them.
Very useful small gym that's usually less busy than the larger gyms. New AC unit is being installed. Last summer it was a sweatbox.
Classic weightlifting gym that's nice and quiet most of the day. Has everything you need and great staff.
Never packed! Although definitely an older facility.
