Professional and polite and friendly staff. Great quality. They did a good job cleaning my clothes after a water damage in my house. I’m pleased with their work. I would greatly recommend this business.
Very friendly service and many ways to interact on your personal schedule between delivery and pick up options.
I brought 3 small rugs in for cleaning. All had fringes on them. I asked if they needed to be sent out for special cleaning. They said no. When I brought them home, 2 of the 3 were severely damaged by their cleaning. Whatever they did pulled the cross threads of the main body of the rugs so badly that they can't be repaired. These are not rugs I can simply replace. (The 3rd rug already had some similar damage, no fault of theirs-- It was no worse than when I brought it there.)
Lapels did an excellent job getting out tough stains that I could not. Their pick up and delivery service was so convenient and easy.
I love seeing Fenglan and miss her smile! She shared some homemade masks with me which I am super grateful for. Looking forward to continued business togehter.
