To the rude individual who confronted my sister and me: You felt the need to aggressively approach me and my sister after, I assume, you observed us trying to determine if we had pulled into the correct part of the dump. A simple “How can I help you?” would have sufficed, instead of the harsh approach you chose. Customer service is free, it doesn’t cost you anything to be kind to others.

Useless service that I do not use, yet I'm being forced to pay for? Don't even get me started on the employees, there's isn't anyone worth saying a single word to, absolutely rude and unprofessional.

Very nice helpers and not a long wait time but it was a weekday and weekends are very busy but it moves fairly quickly.

The older gentleman who direct traffic in the landfill this morning is quite rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. I understand its a landfill but you could still be nice to people...

The governor mandates you to pay for the landfill . I never remember signing a contract with bi county solid waste. Another way for the state to steal from you . We pay for trash why are we being charged twice.
