Every experience has been overall positive. Short of just not having enough check out staff the staff themselves are always really nice and helpful. The facility is clean. We’ve had our pup recently groomed and Cassie was helpful and nice! We got a texted quicker than expected and they did a great job trimming her nails. Overall we’ve been really happy which is why we continue to go here.

The sister store itself is fine. Management is the problem for me. Had applied to be the dog trainer there . Was told I have the experience, great customer service skills and they liked me. They turned me down because “they couldn’t match the hours I wanted to work” in reality I think they didn’t hire me for the dog position because (stay with me) I wasn’t a female. All female management and the trainer they hired over me didn’t match my experience but was a girl. In return they offered me a spot in the store making 11$ an hour. Which I turned down. The second interview came from here, again interview seemed great but the head trainer here seemed to be on board. (Again no proof, simply observation)nnEditnnGot a call from regional manager, he honest to god tried to help but it seems like he more swept the entire situation under the rug. Dog training here is NOT the answer for you’re pups. Get someone who has the experience for training.

My puppy was well taken care while at the groomers. I just did not care for the fact that there was so much stuff in the aisle ways. I literally had to leave my cart on one side, by the doggie beds, walk around pallets of food just to be able to get to the shelving for dog food! Not good at all.

Great assortment of food, treats, jackets/sweaters, carriers, toys, flea, collars, leashes etc for just about any pet. Prices are pretty steep. But catching the sales and mark-downs they have often can be good deals.nThey offer grooming and also have a Banfield Veterinary Hospital.n* Need to redo their lighting! It is oddly darker then usual inside.

Very busy store, definitely, lots of Pet Supplies. Will visit the store again. Noticeable smell but I understand how but a fresher smell could enhance browsing.
