We came here because the Petsmart across the street didn’t have the kind of car toys we needed. Petco had a much better selection of cat toys and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Petco seemed more organized and less hectic as well. I’ll be going here first from now on.

Love this location. Never had a problem! They sell a lot of great foods and toys for cats. Long story below only applicable to those who might have bigger checkout/coupon issues!nnI actually went in the other day with a complicated issue. The store manager had to come help and a line was forming behind me. He quickly got another cashier out and found some complicated way to help me get my online deal for pickup I got when I had to go in store to get food since they were out of the product I purchased online. I wasn’t rude or mean about it. I just asked if it was possible. He could have lied and shooed me out the door but he was patient and nice and helped me out!

It was an excellent experience. Unfortunately I was out of town when I went to Petco. Cleveland (where I live) has them but not near me.

On New Years Eve afternoon, they weren't super busy and appeared to be in the midst of a store reorganization. We were greeted and offered assistance in every department. Today's purchase was a large cat litter pan to encourage our mis-aiming cats to not pee out of the box and onto the floor. The nice lady at the register changed the phone number on our Petco Card. Many thanks!
