This place was old when I was there! Which doesn't necessarily make it bad. Ayres Hall is older and it is great. But I never liked this place. Carrick Hall was a little better. But where the food is was bad. And the food was worse when I was there. Lucky for the kids UT has stepped up foodservice.
The Presidential Court Building is quite old and fails to hide its age despite the marginal amount of work that UT has given. The PCB is home to the PCB Cafe (a dining hall) and Grocery as well as another beloved UT Chick-fil-a Express. The PCB will be torn down as soon as the new West Campus dining hall is complete.
