Benchmark Physical Therapy @ Lenoir City has been a fantastic experience for me. Beginning with Chantel at the front desk, Alex, Allison and Brian have welcomed me and each of them have challenged me in a good way to perform exercises that are repairing my body to accept my new knee (full knee replacement in December 2020). I highly recommend this group for your therapy needs. If you want to enjoy the small town feel with big time results this is the place for you!

I can't say enough good things about Benchmark Physical Therapy at the Lenoir City location. The therapists are very thorough and professional. They truly care about their patients and they want to help you get back on track as quickly as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all physical therapy needs.

Felt like I was ignored and not listened to. The work out was very minimum. I easily did much more on my job. Saw no improvement after 8 weeks.

My MD.stated I needed PT and needed much help in balance and strengthening. I went online and searched for the highest comments and read them and chose Benchmark. I knew when I began I was in good hands. I went back to see my MD and he shared he couldn’t believe how much I had improved. I shared it was the work Benchmark did with me and my home action plan. I encourage everyone to utilize this agency and I even shared this with my girlfriend and she will be starting tomorrow. Remember, it is the patient who can determine what agency they prefer, not the MD.

The team is very knowledgeable and the customer service is exceptional. My whole family has been there for different issues and we always notice tremendous improvement after the first visit. Wonderful experience!
