This is an excellent place to view how the soldiers lived during the occupation of this fort. It has personnel in the facility, dressed in period clothing, to teach you about the items they used in that period. Do not miss the video inside the guest area as you arrive. Excellent place to visit.
Great place for history with kids. Nice trails too. Well marked and maintained.
Very nice quiet place well kept, clean, easy access great views, awesome hysterical sites,nPet friendly with nice long trails and lots of picnic areas.
Very nice state park with the colonial era fort. Very great site for history buffs, school age children (homeschooling), and those interested in colonial or Tennessee history. Very well maintained with a nice museum and interpretation with lots if great artifacts. Highly recommend a visit.
Incredible history. You have to see the video in the visitor's center to really get a fill of the history. As you your it will come alive.
