Clean center, but too warm and wont keep fans up to circulate air. Gets warmer when folks who are committed to truly working out. Hard especially when having to wear mask while on a machine vs wearing of course when having to walk around. All PF need to be consistent. Thank you.

First time in a gym in several years..I was very comfortable there.. equipment in great shape. Very open and clean. I can't wait to go back.

I have joined this gym about two months ago (gotta burn off some of this Covid weight). I was honestly pretty nervous coming into a gym after not working out in a gym setting for a long time. I was definitely made to feel welcome pretty immediately. The staff is friendly, everything is pretty self explanatory so I didn’t feel lost and the spa is the beat perk ever! Anytime I wake up and think oh maybe I’ll skip the gym today I talk myself into going just for the spa perks and end up working out for an hour. It’s been very motivating for me. I want to give a special thank you to the morning employee, Austin, he knew me by name within a week of my new membership. He’s super kind and helpful and he never stops working while he is there. Employees like that don’t come around often.nI wanted to add that I checked out the other planet fitness locations in Knoxville just to explore my benefits and see what was out there. This location is far superior in my opinion. I also felt much safer at this location as everyone is very serious about masking up while in the building and keeping a clean space while at other locations most people were not even wearing a mask at all.

I understand there is a state wide mask mandate & I don’t mind wearing a mask while walking to new machines etc. but being asked to wear a mask as I’m running is ridiculous. We are already social distancing. I don’t understand why an extra precaution needs to be taken. Every other planet fitness I’ve been to during this pandemic has not required one while actually working out.
