I love this place! Fun trainers, who work to my specific needs and goals. I’ve lost weight, but what I like the most is that I’m stronger to take on my life when I’m out of the gym. I have also increased my endurance. Both strength and endurance mean better tennis with the ability to outlast my opponents at the end of a match. I’m not a big gym kinda person. I like the personal attention I get in my own private room at Fitness Together.
All the trainers are highly skilled to find and adjust as you go the perfect training program for your personal needs.They are always friendly but firm and will listen to you for any concerns you might have about your progress.nWanting to feel better and get back to shape after a back surgery joining FT Hardin Valley was the best decision I made and I never want to stop going now!nExtra kudos for keeping the place super safe during COVID-19 time!nThank you for everything!

It has been a good experience to train in this environment during 2020!
I love this place! I train mostly with Shea and she is very motivating. I have had a few health issues that have kept me from my goals but Shea is motivating enough to keep me committed. I like how everything is personalized for me and what I want to see changed. They are also very accommodating on working within my schedule, which seems to change weekly.
