Absolutely do not get tied up with these people. The gym is alright, but they are very difficult to cancel. They will tell you that your subscription has been canceled and they will still charge you for months. Then when you try to get it resolved they will constantly give you the run around. Apparently no one there is capable of canceling a membership. If you call they will tell you that you need to go in to cancel during a set of hours. If you go in during those hours they will tell you that they can’t cancel because no one is in that can do it. This is a borderline scam. I say borderline because the service was fine until I needed to cancel. They will steal from you if you decide to move on. There are plenty of gyms that you can go to with the same amenities and avoid getting caught up in a scam.

This is a pretty nice gym. It could use more room in the bench area though. The staff are very friendly, much more so than some other places nearby.

After being a member for 4 months, I asked if my girlfriend could do a free day pass. She is a bit shy of gyms and has never been to a golds. The front desk told me I would need to pay even though she was planning on signing up if it was a positive experience for her. As you can see on their website, they do have free day passes and I was lied to. Also, the hours are not kept up to date for holiday times... and the staff typically treats you poorly on arrival.

Great gym. But whoever opens on wednesdays needs to do a better job. I work at another golds gym and I get calls all the time saying they aren’t open when Farragut location opens at 4. Please get people to work there who show up on time.

The gym facilities are alright, not bad. However, there's a water fountain they literally have left broken for months, kinda shows they don't give a hoot about the regulars. Simple gestures go a long way. Half the staff is very attentive and kind, the other is not. For the price and the TERRIBLE hours, I'm definitely considering joining somewhere else unless things change quick.
