Metro was awesome!! They had the equipment and the two guys working on it stayed till the job was done. I would totally recommend them. This was for a water heater but we are going to use them for heat/air if we ever have a problem. Awesome- professional and kept us updated.nNew review. They are still awesome. Moved our AC unit off our back porch so we can sit outside during the summer. They did a great job.
Mikey and Metro were great! After panicking following finding a leak, they were here within 30 minutes. Gave a clear estimate, fixed the pipes in our crawl space quickly, and did it all professionally. Grateful for a great plumber and a conscientious company - great customer service and now our house is leak-free!
Mikey came out to check the insulation of my washer pipes. He inspected them and discovered that they were adequately insulated. The walls in that add-on room are not well insulated, so he helped me find an infrared heater that would be safe to use. I was well pleased.
While this was a very unexpected repair to our home, Metro was very responsive and professional. I highly recommend Metro! Our installer/project manager Fred was wonderful! He kept us informed throughout the process and took complete care and pride in the project. We are very thankful to Metro for identifying and resolving the problems with our septic tank.
Metro connected my house to the city sewer line when we unexpectedly found out our house was on septic. They were able to get us on their schedule quickly and did a thorough job. We're still waiting for a bit of return work on some settled soil in our yard, and they could stand to be a little more communicative, but overall I will definitely call them for any plumbing work we need in the future.
