I called AHS for a leaky pipe. I was assigned Britton Plumbing after poor experiences with His and Hers plumbing. I was told that the pipe was not leaking then I ran water and touched the pipe with my finger and the leak ensued. 10 min later he said it was fixed because it was loose. After a similar leak trusting the work. I called AHS again. The new plumber notified me that the gasket was upside down.

Another Choice Home Warranty dispatch here. Mr. Britton came out, looked around at our standpipe & stood in our yard for a total of 10 minutes and then said he’d need to get a truck. We asked him when he could come back because we cannot use our plumbing at all due to the drainage issue and he stated he had “a lot going on” and couldn’t tell us when he’d be able to work or what he thought the issue was. Took our payment and left. Almost 24 hours later and he still has not completed his report with Choice so we can get our lines cleared or tank pumped, and when we called him he said he would “try to get the report filed in the next hour” but had no idea when he could come back because he was so busy. Called them to cancel his services. Just threw that service money in the trash and wasted valuable time with this guy.

Choice Home Warranty sent Mr. Britton to our home to take care of a stoppage in our washer drain that was also causing water to back up in the kitchen sink. Mr. Britton was on time. Can't say much more than that. He removed the cap from the main clean out and literally just stood and looked at it for 5 - 8 minutes. He never went to the truck to retrieve a snake to even attempt to address the problem. When I showed him the clean out between the washer & dryer he said it was a tight fit and due to a bad back he couldn't help us. Choice Home Warranty please remove Britton Plumbing from the contractor list. This was a complete waste of our time.

He showed up, fixed to issues I had and only charged me $45. Solid guy!

I called and they were too busy at the time to be able to help in my situation. Due to their busy schedule, I assume they are a decent company, but my experience wasn't fantastic when I needed them. Also, The number went straighf to one of the employees with no receptionist to take calls/make appointments. It seemed like it might be a challenge to communicate with Britton Plumbing.
