John came out to my house to repair my water heater and got the job done in an amazing amount of time! I’m very happy to have hot water again, I would definitely suggest Chattanooga Plumbing Co. to anyone who has plumbing issues.
Called Chattanooga Plumbing with a water heater problem. They were responsive and got the job done in a timely manner. Service tech John was super in resolving the problem and getting us back up and running. Can’t say enough about their/ his responsiveness and quality of work. Great job!nnDay 2. We've used them to install a faucette and a bidet. John arrives on time and although he opened a new package found that not all the parts were included. He informed me and checked his schedule and volunteered to return the package for one with all the parts! Over and above the call of duty! He finished quickly and cleaned up the area and even took away all the garbage from the job! Wow! Definitely will use them every time!
