I had a great experience! Bruce and Sam were extremely nice and knowledgeable! Both experts! The staff was also very friendly. Bruce and Sam knew immediately what the issue was! I recommend Dr. Ballard to everyone and his nurse practitioners also.nThank you

Appointment with Caroline Freeman on 3/03/21 and had seen her previously with another problem and she greeted me with her perky and pleasing demeanor and did her best to put me at ease. Then we got down to business and she explained x-ray I brought and how we might be able to treat it . I knew it was a broken leg bone at the ankle and she gave me some options and then discussed it with the surgeon and it was decided to treat with a boot. I have confidence in Caroline and the staff at Center for Sports Medicine and appreciate them very much.

Saw Dr Robertson. Very nice guy and knowledgable and give a good diagnosis of my daughters ankle. The only poor comment i have is they charged $410 for a $150 max walking boot and $114 for a ankle strap which the exact same ones in wall mart are $15.00. I’m not sure if they’re on a commission but feel a bit done by them, for not being clear about their pricing. I would consult your insurance before visiting them to see what they cover. They will tellnYou it’s all covered and then you will get a hefty bill in the post. I’ve seen similar reviews with the same issue so it’s not just my opinion.

Five stars even though Dr. Smalley was running 45 minutes behind. It is a Walk-in Clinic. As such, I'm sure patients are seen by medical importance, not first come, first seen. The receptionist kept everyone informed. My husband and I were seriously impressed that Dr. Smalley came into the room totally prepared. He had already gone over all the information that the nurse had entered into the computer. He gave asked questions and listened, then gave info and options. Would recommend.
