I love this place not only is the staff real nice they are also very helpful. U don't have t to wait .as soon as it's time for ur appointment u are seen . Unlike most places my first day my therapist already had my medical records and had already went over them. She was also very knowledgeable on my condition.nI would recommend that if ur needing therapy this is where i would go they are excellent!!!!!! Ty

Great company to work for and be a part of. People who care and honestly strive to focus on providing the best care for their patients.

WARNING: make sure you keep your copay receipts for years or you may be billed again a year down the road.nnI always pay cash and Benchmark (Upstream Rehabilitation) will not even see me if I don't pay the copay first. Now over a year later I get a bill for not paying the copay? You have got to be kidding.nnHad to pay the copay a 2nd time.nnMake sure you keep your receipts for years.nnALSO, noticed a lot of the 5 star reviews here are from employees. HmmnnJames Montoya

My child's therapist was let go this week. No one can explain to us why. The reasoning is baffling as she was nice, kind, hard working, and always there. She worked with the most patience of any person, and it has left me crying whemost of the week as no other therapist will replace her as my child has special needs. The continuity of care has not been taken into account, and the patients needs were not considered n this decision was made. We have spoken at length with the V.P. Strickland of your corporation without resolve of a solution as she cant offer us what is needed which is to bring back our childs therapist. My child built a trusting relationship with someone, and this is heartbreaking. This therapist had experience with alzheimers patients and has the best repour with this persons with special needs, and that is what makes her irreplaceble. Consistency matters for your clients. With sites being in 23 states, it must have not been about money. With the Winchester Drayer site always busy with clients, it was not about decrease in money here. This does not give anyone faith in your company and its ability to handle the decisions at the top of your organization. This was good not for my child in so many ways, and you have let her down. Where do we go from here? How do we resolve this? Is there ways to look at this that would have been better? Did you think about the fall out this would have caused to all of the clients and therapist as they have to absorb her caseload? Would you have done things differently if it affected you your family or your friends? We are praying your corporation looks at this again. We would like to have someone answer these questions.

Knoxville East Towne location very unprofessional. More time is spent visiting with the other therapist than providing client care. Today my PT shared with the whole office all about his sperm and his inability to make a son. I would have much rathered him act like he was at work and do his job.
