I had a really great experience with Chattanooga Physical Therapy. I went in with back pain that had been increasingly getting worse for months. It got to the point that I had to give up running and biking. Caitlin treated me and had me back on the road within a month of going to therapy. She gave me a lot of helpful tools that I will probably be using the rest of my life to stay healthy. Can't say enough good things about these guys. They were really helpful, friendly, and fun to work with.

I really enjoyed working with Paul, he was very up front and easy to speak with. Unfortunately the person working at the front desk was so awful to me that I was left shaking with frustration every time I interacted with her.  Every question I had about my billing was responded to with rudeness and derision.  She seemed to take it personally that I asked to understand the ever-changing charges she levelled at me each week, and would roll her eyes and speak over me aggressively.  I am happy to pay this practitioner for his time and expertise but will not be returning here because of this reactive and childish employee.

I would highly recommend using the Chattanooga Physical Therapy for your PT needs. I worked with Paul and Caitlin for a few months with a shoulder issue. They are knowledgeable and both have a great sense of humor. The business has a family feel to it!

Highly recommend! I have been to a couple of PT places in Chattanooga, and this one outshines the rest. Caitlin was so good to work with me after my back surgery. Scheduling and billing was a breeze, I’m back to running and feeling great!

Chattanooga Physical therapy has changed my life!!!! Caitlin and Paul are amazing and so knowledgeable! I am so grateful I found them! After every visit I leave feeling 100% better!
