Had an occasion a few weeks ago where I came in to see if my friends and I could enjoy a nice night out bowling, but were shocked to see how little the pandemic was getting treated here. Many employees working without masks, no lane closures to help maiming social distancing, and a few occasions seeing food staff not wearing masks or gloves when handling people’s orders. Not too surprised seeing the same issues still going on since I passed by there.nGlad I didn’t go any further when I did because this place seems to be the perfect spread for devastation thanks to an uncaring owner running the business.

Our bowling lane broke within our first 30 minutes of bowling and the first time it took 45 minutes to fix then within 2 bowls it broke again. So we decided to leave and this was during cosmic night so they said no refunds and gave me a pass for 2 hours up to 6 people but it says can not be used after 5 on Saturday and Sunday well I paid for cosmic bowling and did not even get to enjoy it so I do not think that’s fair to give me a pass I can not use but before 5 when I paid for cosmic bowling. Probably will go elsewhere to bowl.

Lane kept freezing. The manager was pleasant, but the others working the counter were pretty rude to several other customers including my group.

We had an excellent experience celebrating our daughters 12th birthday with her friends. The manager was very attentive and helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. He even made a point to announce her birthday on the loud speaker which made her feel extra special. We love this bowling alley and we visit often just for good family fun.

Reserved 3 lanes. After the reservation process and payment it tells you to be there 15 minutes early so you do not waste lane time. Then why is opening time available as an option? Also, they did not tell us that one of our lanes had broken gutter guards until we went to complain that the gutter guards did not come up for those who ordered them. Then our balls got stuck and would not return. Our lane (with broken gutter guards and broken ball return) also took several minutes to reset after each turn, wasting our time. We also were told that our son's name and Birthday would be announced and it wasn't.
