I been in my son's life since the day he was born in 2013 and I put myself on child support when his mother and I split up in 2014. I would pick him up every weekend. In August 2018 she spontaneously moved to Alabama after she first told me the day before she moved. I pay child support but the juvenile court told me I need her address to file for visitation and they wasn't able to do it for me. What was disgusting about the situation is that the court also told me that the only right fathers have in Tennessee is to pay child support unless he is married to the mother. Wow smh

Hamilton County Juvenile Court ofnChattanooga, Tennessee,nI repent to the entire government.nYou know HELP is just what it is HELP.nMrs. Carson was my casework and she was wonderful.nMr. Trauber was wonderful as well.nAt the time I was in juvenile I was full of hate and bitterness therefore I could notnappreciate what was before me.nGOOD HELP WAS BEFORE and I was blind to it.nI was a foolish runaway and I was a big liar. Helped my ex fiance violate state law by issuing an illegitimate restraining order in retaliation to a mandatory child abuse report filed against her of which I have proof. In the state of Tennessee, child abuse reports are mandatory and it is illegal to retaliate against. I have not seen my son in nearly 3 years because of these people, who are guilty of parental alienation which is a form of psychological child abuse. The Judge and attorneys all refused to review the first piece of evidence and wouldn't even allow me to be present. They have severely and irreversibly damaged my only son, who I miss immensely. This has apparently, to my understanding, become an office joke to them.
