Stay away from any rental property that is involved with Continental Property Management LLC. I am currently involved in a lawsuit with their attorneys after i moved out from living at one of their property's for three years. Where they are charging me for water damage under THEIR water heater (impossible to know unless you disconnected the water heater and removed for yourself) also charging me for the carpet (they remove after three years of residence anyway). They also are charging me for dust on the ceiling fan, and dust on the blinds. In my 12 plus years of renting and multiple different rentals, never in my life have I worked with any company with such lack of integrity, moral, and professionalism. I am all about donating money and helping out the less fortunate, but if Continental Property Management LLC needs money so bad they should just be transparent on their lack of funding. Instead of going after their tenants of every penny they can get.

My husband and I have spent the entirety of March 2016 battling this company in a case with mold, letting them know I'm dangerously allergic. We reported mold and a rotten ceiling to this leasing company and requested a discount and repair. No response. Through many days of on and off no response or vague responses, I got sick and my doctor advised us to get out of the home. We decided to send a letter via certified to this office requesting rent back and our deposit, giving them a 30 days notice for the obvious mold and communication issues we were having. She replied on March 24th via email and standard letter stating that we had to vacate the premises in three days.nnWhen mentioning any money, refunded rent, any compensation for moving or bills left with our short-notice leave, the company avoided answering. We have been put through financial hell and have everything documented. I have emails of everything, and a note from my doctor.nnDon't waste your time getting caught up in the low prices of their properties. From my experience, they're low for a reason.
