I scheduled an appointment for my passport, and I was not seen. My appointment was for 1230 and had to leave because they were behind. If it were going to take 30min then I would’ve just made my appointment for 1. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if you are not going to be available to see me at my appointment time. Then there were people going ahead of me in line because what they needed to do was quicker. Worst experience

Great customer service! We went for passport renewal and took the wrong form! They gave the right form to fill up and process our application!!

Terrible. Tracking showed that my book was delivered on December 21. My mailbox requires a key so nobody can steal the mail, but the book never arrived. I called my PO on Acklen, she answered and put the tracking number in and I told her it was not delivered. She put me on hold 29 minutes ago, and I am sure she has no intention of returning to deal with this. Terrible, awful service. When they don't care, what can you do?

Several times, packages have been marked as unable to be delivered and it is so frustrating. There is never a notice left and I end up having to go to the post office to retrieve them.
