We have been Genesis customers for several years now. Today I needed my ring looked at and polished. April was so welcoming and kind. She got me in and out and my ring looking the best it’s looked since I got it!nn*Update to my review. I went into the store today and was met with the happiest and friendliest customer service. I will be a Genesis customer for life because they truly take their time and pay attention to every want and detail. Thank you for another great experience!

Heather was absolutely awesome! I came in on a whim because I was in the area & wanted my wedding ring cleaned. She greeted me cheerfully & I could tell she was smiling even though we were both wearing masks. She had her jeweler stop what he was doing just to clean my ring & make it look like new again. I appreciate the great customer service!

I literally went in while I had extra time before an appointment a while back and met an individual who had been working there for a while who listened to me and what my wife would want and literally helped me pick out a perfect ring. I mean, I couldn't google anything better. Ben is fantastic and really made my experience there incredible. Loved the experience so much I went back for the wedding band to match the ring. Would highly recommend!

I have bought multiple things from Genesis Diamonds and the customer service is always perfect. My husband and I went today to buy a wedding band and another set of earrings and they were extremely busy as it was a Saturday. An employee named April that was working the front stepped out onto the floor to assist my husband and I with our purchases and was phenomenal and got us taken care of in a very timely manner. The customer service at Genesis is seriously unmatched!

I walked in the day before Christmas Eve hoping to have my ring in for a quick cleaning. I was greeted quickly and met with amazing customer service! They offered to not only clean my rings but polish them and make them look brand new for the holidays. My husband and I will be celebrating our first anniversary on New Year’s Eve so I will have a beautiful and clean set of rings for our anniversary.
