Great experience ,nice and helpful staff.

I have been buying and wearing and promoting Alex And Ani bracelets for the last 4 years. Recently a couple of my bracelets have started to turn colors on both sides where you adjust them to slide them on at. When I called the customer service number to inform them of this, I was told that, the only cloth that could be used to clean my bracelets, was their clothes, no other sliver cleaning cloth could be used. When I informed the customer service repersentive that I wouldn't be purchasing anymore, she seems as if she didn't care one way or the other, which is fine, because I'm sure that there are other companies that would appreciate my business.

Unresponsive customer service, shipping delays, wrong package delivered.

Christmas shopping for my wife and the staff was very attentive and helpful.
