Quality and Service COUNT but are not always found. This is not the case at King Jewelers- you always get both. They care and it is about the relationship for them. Recently, we used Denice West in their appraisal department. So pleased! Go see them.

Terrible experience. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a peon by a guy named Derrick. I had a FM krypton with tags and box. REtail was over 15k and market value is currently 10-12 anywhere you look. I had an offer out of state but was wondering what a local person would. After they took it to the back, I was told it would be 3k cash or 5500 in store credit. Very unprofessional and low ballers. The “owner” that looked at it never even came out. I’ve already posted this and somehow it was taken down.

Miss Debbie made our day so special! We went in to get my husband his wedding band and she made us feel so comfortable as though we have known her forever. We have shopped around the country at all kinds of jewelry shops and we were so refreshed with how REAL she kept it the whole time. Thanks Debbie!!
