I had an excellent experience in the midst of quarantine. I placed the order over the phone and it was ready for pick up 20 minutes later. The service was kind and professional. Highly recommend.

Excellent, attentive customer service

SW needs more than one person on duty on weekends. The lone gentleman at the Belle Meade (Nashville, TN) store who was there (Keith) was quick, excellent and efficient but was up to his neck in work and it was obvious. The wait time was long but he was working as fast as he could, we could all see that. Keith was also very courteous and helped carry or cart each customer's orders to their vehicle. Excellent staffer!
