Nashville Yoga Co is a great facility to practice personal yoga. Instructors are helpful and assist with previous injuries and corrective postures while maintaining a wide range of class options and times. You do not have to be a perfect yogi to come and feel the benefits of the heat and enabling your body to be a stronger version of itself. Spiritual practice with no traditional smells of incense or religious doctrine included.
I joined Nashville Yoga Co about a month ago because of class offerings with Cindy L. I’ve enjoyed learning the Sumits series along with other diverse classes. The hot room and atmosphere facilitates a positive yoga practice. The extensive cleaning done in between classes gives me confidence that I’m practicing in a safe space.
I've lived in seven different cities and have tried out many different studios, this is the best hot yoga studio yet! I've been practicing here for three years now, the teachers are top-notch, clean atmosphere, and truly a place where you can rest your mind and better your body.!
Very welcoming hot yoga studio. Lots of different class times (7 days a week and early morning classes to evening times) for you to choose from. Also, they have partnered with a studio in Bellevue which I recently tried and love that studio too.
Very warm, knowledgeable group of instructors, and enthusiast!. I am hooked! This is one of my happy places. Thank you Nikki, Heather, and Debra for all of your patience and wisdom!
