Extreamly poor administrative leadership. Owner is childish and attempts to fight it's employees along side his Supervisors. Managers are always angry, giving no professional curtosey. Does not properly train new hires. It took 3 weeks just to get my fingerprint in the system just to walk in the front door un-assisted and I had to pester them into getting it done. Neglects it's employees. I do not suggest working for them since they would rather rotate temporary employees instead of hiring them. Overall a bad company you would fair much better at Milliken & co.
